Construction site of the future Alchimie residence in Cébazat, work commencement.

The construction site for the future Alchimie residence in Cébazat officially began on September 17th, marking the start of work on this mixed-use real estate project.

The real estate project, located in Cébazat, will comprise a total of 61 housing units. Of these, 31 units will be for owner-occupancy, while 30 apartments will be social and intermediate rental housing, acquired by assemblia. This operation thus brings together three types of residential offerings.
Dominique Marquié, President of assemblia, highlighted the project's significance: "A concrete way to foster residential diversity and allow residents with different backgrounds to share the same living environment." The goal is to promote coexistence among residents with varied profiles.
The next major step will be for future residents to move in, allowing them to enjoy their balconies and the shared garden. In the meantime, the teams wish for "beautiful construction and happy Alchemy in Cébazat."
The announcement thanks the City of Cébazat, Clermont Métropole, Ophis, Bouygues Immobilier, Bouchaudy Architectes, as well as all the teams and companies involved in this project. The housing units are scheduled for delivery by late 2028.
