After an initial unsuccessful call for projects launched in July 2026, the Municipality of Villars has decided to relaunch the procedure to find a tenant for the commercial space in La Feuilletière. The aim is to establish a general food store, grocery store, delicatessen, or tea room.
This new business responds to a strong demand from local residents and the municipality, aiming to revitalize the Feuilletière Shopping Center. The municipality wishes to maintain and diversify local commerce. The premises are located near the Feuilletière and Plat Haut neighborhoods.
The shopping center already includes a pharmacy, a bakery, a florist, a barber-hairdresser, a takeaway restaurant, and physiotherapy and nursing practices. The 103 m² commercial space benefits from free parking and accessibility for people with reduced mobility.
A one-year commercial lease, renewable twice, will be offered to the selected candidate. The minimum monthly rent is set at €350 HT. Project leaders are invited to consult the call for projects notice and the specifications document, available for download, to learn about all application conditions and procedures, which must be submitted by Friday, November 6, 2026, at 5:30 PM.
