As part of its redevelopment project for the Îlot Jacquard, aimed at enhancing the attractiveness of the town center, the municipality of Saint-Jean-Bonnefonds is offering several spaces for professionals. The renovation work is nearing completion.
A 120 m² activity space is available on the 2nd floor, which can accommodate multiple professionals. On the 1st floor, a 14.5 m² consultation room is offered within the existing paramedical practice. Finally, a 112 m² ground-floor unit is intended for commercial activity.
Project leaders, retailers, or interested professionals can consider various installation options, such as rental, purchase, or leasing, depending on their project and needs.
