To secure access to Saint-Martin square and preserve this area, the City of Vienne will proceed with the installation of three retractable bollards. The work will take place from Wednesday, October 14th to Friday, October 16th. Two bollards will be installed between the church's apse and the square, and a third under the porch providing access to Saint-Martin square from Place Drapière.
Starting Monday, October 19th, Saint-Martin square will no longer be accessible to vehicles without prior authorization. Access conditions have been defined with Advivo and the City Hall branch. Keys will be available at the City Hall branch for authorized residents and technical vehicles. All vehicles currently parked in the square must be removed before Monday, October 19th.
The site is under video surveillance. Any attempt to damage or destroy the bollards will be recorded and prosecuted, exposing the perpetrator to sanctions provided by current regulations.
The City of Vienne thanks you for your understanding and cooperation during this period of work.
