The Vals du Dauphiné are initiating the revision of their two inter-municipal local urban plans (PLUi) to form a single document: the PLUi-H, which will also address housing.

This document will set, for about ten years, the urban planning rules for the 36 municipalities in the territory: where to build, how to preserve agricultural and natural spaces, what housing to develop, and how to accommodate activities. It applies to everyone, individuals and local authorities alike.
A consultation is open throughout the process, offering residents the opportunity to express their views on their living environment. Various methods are proposed: traveling exhibition, educational booklet, stands, public meetings, and workshops.
The first event is a public launch meeting to be held on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, at 6:30 PM, at the Salle multi-activités, located at 16 chemin de l’Etang in Ste Blandine. The program includes a presentation of the process, the projected timeline, and time for questions.
