Twelve winners were announced on September 17, 2026, by the Ministry of City and Housing for the 'Bien Lotis !' program. Among them are students from the Architecture, Urban Planning, Political Studies (AUEP) program at the University of Grenoble Alpes (UGA), who will work on the Charlaix district in Meylan.

The 'Bien Lotis !' program, launched by the Directorate-General for Spatial Planning, Housing, and Nature (DGALN), aims to rethink and enhance the living environment in existing suburban housing areas. It is part of a national initiative for the transformation of these neighborhoods.
The objective is to balance quality of life, climate change adaptation, land use efficiency, and evolving lifestyles, while considering residents' needs. The Grenoble student project will focus on the Charlaix district in Meylan.
The project team includes Grenoble-Alpes Métropole, the Urban Planning Agency of the Grenoble Region, the Chartreuse Regional Natural Park, the Charlaix Maupertuis Residents' Association, and the Grenoble National School of Architecture (ENSAG - UGA). Students from the AUEP master's program, supervised by Marine Beuerle, Edith Chezel, Théo Marchal, and Nicolas Tixier, will develop work focused on adaptation, biodiversity, and citizen participation.
The AUEP program, offered by ENSAG - UGA, Sciences Po Grenoble - UGA, and the Alpine Urbanism and Geography Institute (IUGA), provides an interdisciplinary approach. Over six years, it leads to three diplomas and prepares students for careers in public service and territorial transformation.
The winning students will conduct their work in the Charlaix district during the 2026-2027 academic year.
