The Management Center of Haute-Loire (CDG43) announces the opening of applications for the January 1, 2027 promotion of the Regional, Departmental, and Communal Honor Medal (MHRDC). Public authorities and establishments in the department must submit their applications exclusively through the dedicated online portal.
Paper submissions will result in rejection and a request for digital transmission. The deadline for all applications is November 6, 2026. A service certificate, to be completed and signed by the employer, is required for the online application.
It is reminded that sick leave and leaves of absence are not counted. Secondments are counted only if they occur within an authority covered by the MHRDC. Part-time work is considered pro-rata to the work performed. The prefecture emphasizes the importance of adhering to current criteria to avoid additional delays during the consistency checks carried out by the prefecture.
