From September 11 to 23, the Livron-sur-Drôme media library hosted the exhibition "The Butterfly Effect," an initiative by the Val de Drôme Intercommunalité to promote the Zero Long-Term Unemployment Territories program.

The exhibition "The Butterfly Effect," created by Mathieu Siam, was on display at the Livron-sur-Drôme media library from September 11 to 23. It traces the origins of a Zero Unemployment Territory, that of Poitiers, and highlights the life journeys of individuals involved in the initiative. These testimonials aim to raise public awareness of the project, which resonates with other engaged territories, such as that of the Val de Drôme.
In addition to guided tours, three special events were held. The President of the Intercommunalité, Christine Marion, expressed her strong belief in this initiative, which facilitates access to sustainable employment and restores confidence and dignity to those far from the job market.
Discussions with local volunteers provided a personal perspective on their situations. A meeting with the author, Mathieu Siam, was also organized for members of the Local Employment Committee, offering an opportunity to discuss his work and collaboration with volunteers from Poitiers.
Since 2022, the Val de Drôme Intercommunalité has been leading the experiment for Zero Long-Term Unemployment Territories (TZCLD), which is being implemented in the municipality of Livron-sur-Drôme.
