A workshop focused on managing small co-ownerships was held in Die, providing concrete answers to volunteer trustees regarding their responsibilities, insurance, and accounts.

As part of the "Habitons mieux le centre-ville" (Let's Live Better Downtown) program, a workshop dedicated to the daily management of small co-ownerships took place this month. This session followed an initial meeting in September focused on renovation work.
Led by Mr. Papin from Soliha Drôme, with input from Mr. Engel, a trustee at Bellerive – Immo de France, the workshop brought together 14 participants representing 10 co-ownerships.
As most participants were volunteer trustees, their expectations centered on their responsibilities, insurance coverage, and account management. The discussions provided practical answers to their questions.
To further assist, an online platform, "La boîte à outils des petites copropriétés" (The Toolbox for Small Co-ownerships), is available upon request, offering practical guides and document examples. The program also provides volunteer trustees with a dedicated contact at Soliha Drôme for any questions related to management, works, or co-ownership regulations.
