Facing the challenges of rental management, the ADIL Drôme Ardèche is offering a cycle of decentralized information meetings. These sessions aim to provide concrete answers to landlords on two major subjects: preventing and managing rent arrears, and supporting energy renovation projects for properties.
Regarding rent arrears, participants can learn about the steps to take, the relevant contacts to involve, and prevention strategies to address difficulties before they worsen. These meetings are organized in partnership with the Departments of Drôme and Ardèche, the CAF of Drôme and Ardèche, Action Logement, and the relevant EPCI (intermunicipal structures).
For the Bail Rénov’ theme, the focus will be on energy renovation, a significant issue for landlords. The meetings will cover legal obligations, identifying relevant works, and available support schemes. Key partners for this initiative include ADIL Drôme Ardèche, SOLIHA Drôme, and Habitat et Humanisme, with the collaboration of EPCI, municipalities, and ECFR, including ALEC 07.
A total of 10 meetings are scheduled across the two departments: 6 in Drôme and 4 in Ardèche. The objective is to reach landlords as close to their territories as possible, offering reliable information and facilitating exchanges with local housing stakeholders.
The ADIL Drôme Ardèche, known for its legal, neutral, personalized, and free information on all housing-related matters, encourages landlords to seek information and register by calling 04.75.79.04.04 or via a QR Code available on posters.
