The Miribel et du Plateau Community of Communes (CCMP) is renewing its home woodchipping service for residents wishing to dispose of branches and garden waste after maintaining their gardens. Registrations are open from October 26 to December 14, 2026.

This service allows green waste to be transformed into useful resources for the garden, such as compost or mulch, while avoiding trips to the recycling center and the burning of vegetation, a practice forbidden for individuals. It aims to valorize waste, save time, and reduce its volume.
The service is available to residents of the six communes within the CCMP, subject to conditions. Home interventions will take place from November 9 to December 23, 2026. The first hour of chipping is offered free of charge.
