By order dated September 24, 2026, the procedure aims to create two new specific sub-zones (Ndm, Ndmc) for ski areas, particularly adapting earthworks regulations. Certain Np zones will be reclassified, while Nl zones, pertaining to non-skiable areas, will be declassified to Np zones.
This revision, which does not alter the overall economic framework of the PLUiH's sustainable development project (PADD) and is compatible with the SCOT approved on December 19, 2019, underwent an environmental impact assessment. Ms. Véronique BRILLANT has been appointed as the investigating commissioner.
The public inquiry will last for 37 days, from Monday, October 19, 2026, at 9:00 AM to Tuesday, November 24, 2026, at 4:00 PM. It will be accessible digitally via registre-numerique.fr/pluih-ra12-gexagglo, as well as in paper format at the 27 member communes and the Agglomeration Community's headquarters.
Public consultation sessions will be held at the town halls of Lélex (October 21, November 24) and Crozet (November 12) to receive public comments. Submissions can also be sent via email or postal mail to the investigating commissioner.
The investigating commissioner's report and conclusions will be available for one year on the Agglomeration Community's website and the public inquiry website. A deliberation by the Community Council will follow the report's submission.
